Where does Bokksu ship from?
All of our boxes are curated and shipped directly from Japan to ensure you receive the most authentic snacks and teas available.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times vary by destination, but most members receive their boxes within 1 to 3 weeks after the tracking information is generated.
Are the snacks vegetarian or allergen-friendly?
While we strive to include a variety of treats, many Japanese snacks contain common allergens like soy, wheat, and shellfish. We include a detailed snack guide in every box that lists ingredients and common allergens for each item.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Please ensure you cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.

Do you offer refunds for damaged items?
